After die casting ,the raw pieces are accurately machined and the result is great resistance and a perfect aesthetical quality.
The burring and grinding processes grant the perfect removal of all the die cast burrs from each raw piece and the precise shape of every item, while the polishing process enhances the natural brightness of aluminium.
The most popular surface treatments are polishing, sandblasting and painting. We use powder coated paints present in the RAL chart thus always granting the chromatic effect desired.
We can also chrome plate our most refined and exclusive products and upon request, we can also study special finishing for each customer.
